Achieving Excellence Award
The Achieving Excellence Award recognizes a non-exempt employee in Housing and Food Services for exemplary performance, commitment, and productivity.
Eligibility
A full-time, non-exempt staff employee who has worked in or supported Housing and Food Services for at least one year is eligible for this award. This is an individual award and is not designed for a team.Selection Process
A director serving as chair, plus a five-member awards committee—consisting of the previous year’s recipient and representatives from four different areas—will select a finalist who demonstrates all or some of the following characteristics:- job performance
- professionalism
- sensitivity to diverse populations
- ability to cooperate with others and work on a team
- enthusiasm
- interest in professional development
- productivity
